Every phone top-up you make earns points. $20 top-up = 20 points. Automatic.

Every mobile data package you send earns points just like top-ups.

How to redeem your points
Redeeming takes 2 taps. Go to your Profile, tap "Redeem points" in the My Points card, and confirm. The credit appears instantly in your account.
EXAMPLE
If you have 234 points, you can redeem the 200 that are a multiple of 100 and keep 34 points for next time. You get $2.00 instantly.
Frequently asked questions
Instantly. At the moment your top-up completes successfully, the points are automatically added to your balance. You don't have to claim them or wait.
No. Your points don't expire under current terms. You can accumulate them as long as you want before redeeming. Same with the credit you get when redeeming — it doesn't expire under current terms either.
If a top-up fails or is refunded, the points you used to pay for that top-up are automatically restored to your account. Accumulated points are not convertible to cash — they are only used within Wyra for future top-ups.
No. The minimum redemption is 100 points = $1 USD. If you have fewer than 100 points, keep topping up until you reach the minimum. Redemptions are always in multiples of 100.
No. Your loyalty tier is calculated from your historical earned points (what you've accumulated since signing up), not your current balance. Even if you redeem all your points, your tier stays.
No. Points are personal and non-transferable. They're tied to the account that earned them and can only be redeemed within that account.
No. They're two different but complementary systems. Points are earned by topping up and redeemed for credit. Referral credit is earned by inviting friends. Both add to your Wyra credit, usable toward eligible purchases within Wyra. This promotional credit has no cash value, is not stored value, is non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.
